These terms set the ground rules for using AI Fácil. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
AI Fácil monitors public YouTube channels chosen by users and provides automated bilingual summaries, tags and timestamp links. Embedded playback and the underlying videos are supplied by YouTube and their creators, subject to YouTube's terms.
Automated output
AI-generated summaries can be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. Use the original video and other reliable sources before relying on an important claim. AI Fácil is not professional, legal, medical, financial or investment advice.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email or sign-in provider secure. Do not use the service to attack, overload, scrape, reverse engineer or bypass its limits, authentication or third-party platform rules.
Creators and intellectual property
Creators retain rights in their videos. AI Fácil provides short transformative descriptions and links back to the original context; it does not grant rights to copy or redistribute a creator's work. The AI Fácil name, interface and original software remain protected by their respective owner.
Advertising and affiliate disclosure
The free service may contain advertising and clearly labelled partner recommendations. AI Fácil may earn a commission from qualifying purchases without increasing the price charged by the partner. Commercial relationships do not guarantee an endorsement or change feed ranking.
Availability and limits
The service may change, reject a video, remove unsupported channels, enforce fair-use limits or pause because a third-party API is unavailable. We aim for a reliable product but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every public video can be analysed.
Ending use
You can stop using AI Fácil and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may restrict accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms, taking reasonable care where possible.

Before public launch
The operator must add its legal identity, governing law, consumer terms and any mandatory local disclosures. This product draft should receive jurisdiction-specific legal review before production use.
